  Great experience and personal with Nick Neuses. He was here the same day that I called to get a quote on our new garage door. Great price. Received the estimate next morning as it was later in the day. When I went to put my payment down for the job he was there and was so helpful. Highly recommend! Our garage door was put in and looks great , a job well done! Everything was cleaned up and nicely done. They were able to get the door in within 3 days of me calling them as well! Give them a call if you need a new door, you won’t be disappointed!

  We called Midstate and they were out the next day. They discovered our garage door opener simply wasn’t fully engaged, fixed it on the spot, and didn’t charge us a thing. Other companies had quoted us $600 to get a new opener installed. It’s great to see there are still honest, trustworthy businesses out there. We’ll definitely be using Midstate for any future issues.

  My home has two garage doors. For the past year only one side has been functional. Unfortunately the functional garage’s cable snapped earlier this summer. We decided at that point we were going to get new garage doors, hardware, and openers. I reached out for a quote and they got me taken care of quickly. The gentleman who normally handles sales was on vacation so Thomas sent me the quote along with various options. I called him several times and he explained the various options and answered any questions I had. We went ahead and got the items ordered. The installation went well. There was minor scheduling issue, but it was addressed and we were taken care of. I had an issue with the old opener. I didn’t initially plan to replace it as we don’t use that side to park a vehicle in. I called Thomas and he got me another opener ordered and installed within days. The new technology is great too. My main opener has a camera and it’s connected to an app. It can tell me every time it’s opened, closed, or if an animal or person is detected. Our other side doesn’t have the camera, but we’re still able to open/close it from an app on our phones. I chose Midstate over other local options because of their excellent customer service.

  Great service. Took 1 day and they had a technician out to fix my garage door that was off track. Replaced my cable as well. Thanks Mike for your professionalism.
