  I leased two Mercedes from Manhattan Mercedes one year ago. After trying to set up an appointment with them which took three attempts, I decided to look for another dealer that would actually want to help a customer. My friend recommended me to Mercedes of Cherry Hill because of the excellent service with Service Manager Art Fenton and his advisor Ted LeVine. So I called Art Fenton who was very professional and invited me in at my convenience to get tires and some recall work completed. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by both Art and Ted in the customer drive thru. That really impressed me and from then on I knew I was in good hands. Since I drove for 1.5 hours I needed to wait in their customer lounge (BTW which was beautiful and filled with tasty treats, coffee etc.) Within two hours I was on my way , car washed, looking beautiful and I left with a smile. A small note, they even filled my washer fluid up and I didnt have to ask them. I give them a perfect score. Thank you Art and Ted, you have a customer for life.
